[Remote] Client Solutions - Legal Spend Management

They are seeking a Director to oversee a client portfolio for their Managed Bill Review solution, responsible for driving client success and ensuring delivery of the full MBR value proposition.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage client relationships across an assigned portfolioPrepare and communicate complex analytics clearly to senior client stakeholdersDeliver legal spend analytics (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc)Drive client adoption and engagement through onboarding, training and analyticsMaintain regular contact with key decision makers and stakeholders and lead stewardship meetings where appropriateCollaborate with the MBR team on day-to-day client requests, including attending status meetings and escalating service issues where appropriateArticulate client needs and objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions and drive resolution of identified issues, escalating where neededEnsure client objectives are clearly documented and actively monitored for progress toward achievementEnsure timely approval of all project documents, specifications, change requests, test results, and deliverables, while maintaining budget and timeline complianceRecommend improvements to the customer lifecycle and internal processesPartner with product and engineering teams on design and testing prioritiesExecute corrective action plans for at-risk clients and track results, following escalation procedures where appropriate (stakeholder interviews, etc.)Stay current on MBR products/services and industry trendsTravel to client sites as neededSkillsProficient in MS Office and/or Google SuiteAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables and macros)Strong organizational skills to manage action items across 20 – 30 enterprise clientsSkilled in building senior-level relationships and influencing stakeholdersAbility to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environmentExperienced in building customer relationships using remote communication tools (phone, video, web training)Practical knowledge of SQL and report writingAnalytical, process-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and analytical skills; able to simplify complex conceptsConfident presenter and trainer for group sessionsBachelor's Degree Preferred3+ years of Experience in a customer-facing role in the Enterprise Software IndustryPreferred experience in either the legal, claims, or risk and insurance industryBenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance401 (k) + Employer MatchUnlimited PTO + 11 Paid Holidays + 4 Annual Paid Global Wellness Days OffSTD, LTD & Group Life InsurancePaid Parental LeavePet InsuranceFSA & HSA OptionsEmployee Assistance ProgramRemote WorkCareer Advancement & Professional Development OpportunitiesEmployee RecognitionLinkedIn Learning PlatformCompany OverviewMitratech is a proven technology partner for corporate legal departments, risk & compliance teams, and HR professionals.
