Remote Client Services Representative
The Smart Life Agency is currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing team as Remote Client Service Representatives.
In this role, you will work with clients virtually to help review life insurance coverage options and provide solutions based on individual needs and goals.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, onboarding support, and mentorship to help individuals learn the role and develop professionally.
This position is ideal for individuals who: communicate well with others, are self-motivated, can work independently, are comfortable using phone and virtual communication, are looking for flexible work opportunities with growth potential.
Responsibilities: contact clients who have requested information about insurance coverage options, schedule and conduct virtual appointments, review coverage options and answer client questions, assist clients with the application process, maintain follow up communication with clients as needed, attend optional training and team meetings.
Qualifications: strong communication skills, professional and dependable attitude, ability to work independently, basic computer and internet skills, must be authorized to work in the United States, ability to pass a background check.
Licensing: An insurance license is preferred but not required to apply. Individuals who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete state licensing requirements before working with clients.
Compensation: Compensation is performance based and tied to completed client applications and production.
