Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
Ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using computers and online communication tools.
Prior experience in customer service, social work, or a related field is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. Your earning potential is uncapped and directly correlated to your sales performance.
