They are seeking a proactive and personable Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding support, resolve inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams. Responsibilities Act, along with team members, as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email and portal requests Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to team manager Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve client needs and communicate feedback for continuous improvement Skills Proficiency in email etiquette Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat Knowledge of basic Microsoft Teams functions Zoom basic knowledge Must be a team-player and have excellent communication skills Must have excellent phone etiquette Preferred knowledge of Front email system but not required Preferred knowledge of ReporterBase but not required Company Overview Magna Legal Services is a legal services company specializing in legal support services.
