[Remote] Client Service Project Manager

They are seeking a full-time Client Services Project Manager to manage client accounts, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure high-quality client experiences while contributing to their mission of reaching 35 million survey participants by 2035.ResponsibilitiesDrive Ongoing Project Management – Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of client accounts. Create and maintain project plans, monitor deliverables, identify resource needs and project risks, and ensure high-quality client experiencesLead Client Onboarding & Setup – Coordinate kickoff activities, prepare materials, and facilitate smooth internal and client-facing onboardingManage Survey Lifecycle – Coordinate between clients and internal team members throughout the complete project lifecycle—from initial setup and survey design through final results delivery—ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceededOversee Survey Deployment – Manage launch communications, troubleshoot issues, and recommend interventions to drive participationManage Contact Lists & Data Flow – Coordinate secure data transfer, oversee maintenance of accurate participant lists, and manage resolution of client list issuesAdminister Online Reporting Dashboards – Set up and manage user permissions, review dashboards for accuracy, and provide client trainingSupport Offline Reporting & Presentations – Coordinate the production of reports and presentations, participate in executive-level meetings, and ensure follow-up requests are completed by the teamFacilitate Client Meetings – Contribute agendas, prepare materials, capture action items, and facilitate discussions between client key stakeholders and our Executive Relationship ManagerSupport Client Action Planning - Distribute templates, resources, and electronic tools to clients to enable them to administer action planning throughout their teamsSkillsBachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field (Master's preferred)PMP certificationProven experience with client-facing professional services project management, including client budget management and project profitability trackingAdvanced Excel skills with ability to create project tracking systemsExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsStrong communication and presentation skills for executive-level client interactionsAnalytical thinker capable of engaging with all levels of an organization, being particularly adept at the C-levelAbility to exercise initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making consistent with organizational objectivesA proactive approach to resolving issues, managing scope changes, and driving project successBenefitsCompetitive pay DOE.A comprehensive suite of benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage (with fully paid employee medical coverage after 5 years), life insurance, gym reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, maternity/paternity leave, vacation time, and more.Generous paid time off with 15.5 paid holidays plus Birthday Friday and 2 Rest & Reprieve days.We pay you a $2,000 vacation allowance to use as you choose after year 4 – that’s right we pay you to go on vacation!We even pay you to give back to your community and volunteer at a place of your choosing two days per year.Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.Company OverviewBeyond Feedback designs and implements voice-of-the-customer and voice-of-the employee solutions for businesses.
