What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families

Explain coverage options clearly and guide clients through enrollment
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards
Provide ongoing client support, including policy updates and general inquiries
Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and service
Participate in training sessions, mentorship, and team development
