[Remote] Client Portfolio Manager – Real Estate

They are seeking a Client Portfolio Manager who will manage investor relations, translate complex investment models into client-facing materials, and collaborate with teams to enhance their analytics platform. Responsibilities • Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional and HNW investors, managing due diligence, RFPs, and data requests related to real estate and alternative strategies • Translate complex investment models and PropTech insights into compelling materials, presentations, and client-facing deliverables • Collaborate with the Product and Data Science teams to design scalable systems that communicate UnlockLand’s analytics and performance transparently • Support capital-raising and partnership initiatives by maintaining consistent, high-quality investment decks, pitchbooks, and quarterly reporting templates • Monitor macroeconomic, real estate, and PropTech market trends to position UnlockLand’s platform as a category-defining investment intelligence tool • Partner with leadership to refine communication frameworks that merge data visualization, narrative design, and strategic investor messaging Skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline • 4–6 years of experience in investment management, real estate private equity, or institutional capital markets • Strong grasp of alternative asset classes including private credit, real estate, and venture-backed PropTech • Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills • Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency • Progress toward or completion of CAIA, CFA, or MBA preferred • Familiarity with DealCloud, PitchBook, Bloomberg, or AI-enabled analytics tools a plus Benefits • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience • Performance-based bonus and potential equity participation • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with employer match • Hybrid work flexibility and generous PTO policy • Access to UnlockLand AI Intelligence Platform tools for professional development and client success Company Overview • Al-Powered Decision Intelligence for Real Estate Development It was founded in 2024, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
