[Remote] Client Manager, Customer Success

In this role, you will act as a data analyst lead and trusted advisor, leveraging JD Power’s automotive data to drive client retention and support business development growth.ResponsibilitiesLeverage intellectual curiosity and cutting-edge BI tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot) to analyze industry trends and deliver impactful insightsServe as the customer success analyst for our key clients, build trusted advisor relationships and ensure they can leverage J.D. Power's data to gain high-value insightsProactively identify solutions to support the sales and business development organizationGenerate in-depth analysis explaining changes in the U.S. automotive retail industry, acting as the subject matter expert on sales volume, pricing, incentives, and residual valuesLead discussions with J.D. Power users at OEMsCreate effective case studies, thought leadership articles, and compelling presentations to highlight the value of J.D. Power’s data and servicesSkills3-6 years of experience in automotive retail sales or reporting roles, consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or analyticsSignificant experience with Excel and PowerPoint is requiredExperience with executive-level presentations and public speakingExperience working with Automotive OEM quality organizations, manufacturing, or logistics a plusExperience using BI and Analytics platforms like Palantir, Tableau, PowerBI, or ThoughtSpot is desirableGeneral interest and understanding of trends in the automotive industry is desirableCompany OverviewJD Power is a proven leader in business-critical data and intelligence to drive auto-related decisions with confidence and clarity.
