They are seeking a Client Growth Executive I to manage relationships with assigned credit unions, providing program consulting and strategic planning to enhance client portfolios and promote Velera's products and services.ResponsibilitiesRepresent, support, and develop relationships between Velera and executive management at assigned credit unionsUse knowledge of Velera’s credit, debit, Contact Center Services & Solutions, Bill Pay, and all other lines of business in a consultative approach to manage client portfoliosProvide a comprehensive level of program consulting, strategic planning, program analysis and development, along with the sale and coordination of Velera’s products and servicesDevelop, maintain, and execute sales strategies supporting assigned credit unionsMitigate and remedy any service or support issues, and refer Velera products and services to the National Sales teamDevelop and execute customized account plans to increase sales volume and market share within assigned credit unionsFoster in-depth and productive relationships at all levels with client and Velera departmentsPrepare and deliver accurate and timely annual Card Program Analysis to review the client’s growth and profitabilityMaintain a close working relationship with Member Services and serve as the client liaison to mitigate and remedy any service issues that may impact the overall client relationship with VeleraAct, in conjunction with the assigned implementation or member services representative, as a liaison for product implementations, program start-ups, and other major projects as necessaryIdentify strategic opportunities while utilizing consultative sales approach that ensures client business objectives are met and performance metrics of payment portfolios are maximizedDeliver consultative support to identify and solve multifaceted business issues across credit union’s enterprise business as related to Velera products/servicesPrepare proposals, negotiate contractual relationships with client, and propose and negotiate new and renewal term agreementsMeet or exceed established revenue goals from the sale of new products and servicesDevelop sales and service goals, objectives and revenue forecasts related to assigned accounts with full accountability for resultsConsult with assigned clients in creation, launch, and tracking of marketing campaigns focused on account acquisition and portfolio growthDevelop, solidify and maintain strong account relationships that result in excellent client satisfaction scores as reflected in periodic surveysAct as primary management point of contact for credit union for strategic initiatives and escalated issue resolution; support credit union’s designated executive sponsorPrepare and deliver effective and influential presentations at Velera sponsored events, credit union staff and Board of Directors, advisory groups, and other functions, as neededContinually update the Velera Client Relationship Management (Salesforce) profile with communications, plans, opportunities and tasks related to maintaining and fostering the client relationshipEffectively manage product renewal opportunities to secure renewed relationships with clientsActively review client landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to growing Velera businessMaintain current knowledge of payment industry trends and innovation, and Velera products and solutionsCollaborate with product team regarding new product development for credit union and consumer opportunities; coordinate interdivisional and interdepartmental communications related to serving clients with new and existing products/solutionsKeep abreast of, and communicate with the client regarding legislative, regulatory, and procedural issuesEnsure information is current and entered into Velera client database in timely fashionPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMinimum four (4) years marketing, business development, consulting, sales or relationship management experience requiredMinimum four (4) years of B2B / B2BC experience requiredFinancial Services or Consulting experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive wagesMedical with telemedicineDental and VisionBasic and Optional Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Maternity, Parental, Family CareCommunity Volunteer Time Off12 Paid HolidaysCompany Paid Disability Insurance401k (with employer match)Health Savings Accounts (HSA) with company provided contributionsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Supplemental InsuranceMental Health and Well-being: Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition ReimbursementWellness programBenefits are subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditionsCompany OverviewVelera provides financial technology and processing solutions for credit unions.
