[Remote] Client Growth Director

This role focuses on building pipeline and closing advisory engagements while developing Anders' presence in the Indianapolis market through relationship building and community engagement.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from SQL to closed engagement with primary focus on Advisory servicesConduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and identify fit with Anders' Advisory capabilitiesPartner with Advisory practice leaders on proposal development, pricing, and client presentationsMeet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for Advisory servicesDevelop and execute an account-based strategy targeting middle-market companies ($200Mβ$500M revenue) in Indianapolis and surrounding areasBuild relationships with business owners, executives, and centers of influence in priority industries (Healthcare and Manufacturing)Represent Anders at industry events, conferences, and professional associationsDuring discovery and engagement, identify tax and audit needs that surface naturally from Advisory conversationsMake warm introductions to Tax and Audit partners when opportunities ariseβyou route, they closeCollaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver a seamless client experienceWork closely with Marketing to optimize lead flow and campaign effectivenessCoordinate with Advisory practice leaders to ensure seamless handoffs and client experienceMaintain CRM data quality and pipeline reportingSkills10+ years of business development or consultative sales experience selling professional servicesProven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in consulting or advisory servicesExperience selling to middle-market companies ($200Mβ$500M revenue)Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at the C-suite levelIndustry expertise in one or more of: Healthcare, Manufacturing, ConstructionExperience with transformation services (operational improvement, organizational change)Established network in the Indianapolis business communityFamiliarity with CRM systemsConsultative selling β you diagnose before you prescribeIntellectual curiosity β you ask good questions and genuinely want to understand client challengesEntrepreneurial mindset β you are energized by building something in a new marketCollaboration β you work across teams and prioritize the client relationship over personal creditResilience β you are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate complex sales cyclesBenefitsBase salary and incentive compensationWork Flex program which gives you the opportunity to work at our Chesterfield office, our Downtown St. Louis office, remotely, adopt a hybrid approach or even switch between these options as you preferProfessional development opportunitiesBenefits that directly impact mental, physical and financial wellnessUnique incentives that enrich your life and facilitate growthCompany OverviewA dedicated team of CPAs and industry-focused advisors.
