Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and services to highlight the value of American Express Global Business Travel
Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, and regional pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
Represent American Express Global Business Travel as a subject matter expert in the Media and Entertainment Industry
Requirements:
Proven success in global account management, client management, or project management, with a focus on the Media and Entertainment Industry
Strong understanding of the travel industry, including travel operations, business travel service delivery, and client management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to develop creative solutions and drive innovation
Advanced software skills, including MS Office, and a strong understanding of business travel service delivery technology and tools
