The Client Executive Director for the Microsoft Business Unit will drive new business growth in the Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications sector, leading complex sales engagements and aligning client priorities with Microsoft solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Argano's Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications business within the Microsoft Business UnitBuild and advance a qualified pipeline through targeted business development and executive relationship managementLead complex sales pursuits focused on business transformation, digital innovation, and platform modernization outcomesPosition the full Microsoft stack, with emphasis on AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern WorkEngage TMT clients with insight into industry priorities such as customer engagement, content and product innovation, data-driven operations, cybersecurity, and transformation at scaleCollaborate with internal leaders, solution teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to shape account strategy and proposalsLead executive-level client discussions, commercial negotiations, and deal progression through closeMeet or exceed assigned revenue, pipeline, and growth objectivesSkillsMinimum 10 years of professional sales experience selling complex business and technology servicesProven success selling to economic buyers and senior decision-makers within Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications organizationsDemonstrated ability to exceed targets in enterprise, consultative sales environmentsExperience selling Microsoft solutions, especially AI, Business Applications, Security, and cloud platform offeringsStrong CRM, pipeline management, and account planning disciplineAbility to build pipeline, shape account strategy, and lead complex pursuits to closeUnderstanding of Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications business models, market dynamics, and transformation driversAbility to engage credibly with senior executives, economic buyers, and cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to position the value of AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern WorkAbility to build trusted relationships across clients, partners, and internal teamsSound judgment in deal strategy, negotiation, and business value alignmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related fieldCompany OverviewArgano is a next-generation business and technology services provider that builds digital foundations that help businesses run better.
