The role involves pitching prospects, ensuring sales goals are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.ResponsibilitiesPitch prospective merchants, sharing Client eCommerce Solutions and communicating how Client can help small and mid-size digital merchants grow their businessesCatch ‘dropped’ or ‘partial’ leads in the eCommerce funnel, establishing contact and working to enroll and activate those merchantsEnsure program performance & sales goals are metPartner with cross-functional team in the development and implementation of growth strategiesHelp maintain competitive information and relay learnings to Product teams to continue to improve Client solutionContinually promote and apply Client Financial Values, acting as a role model for integrityPerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree or in lieu of degree, 10 plus years of equivalent work experience5-7 years plus years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles managing or running a consumer finance or PLCC program or portfolio either from bank or retailer side of business5-7 years plus years of experience in either client management or retail managementAbility to travel occasionally, as neededHunger to grow a new program“Owner” mentality and scrappy problem solving to drive business outcomesExperience working with retailers or in eCommerceDemonstrated prior experience involving merchant and partner managementStrong sales and creative skillsOrganizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environmentCompany OverviewEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a pioneer in delivering top-notch Global Workforce Solutions and IT Services to a diverse clientele.
