[Remote] Client and Support Operations Analyst

This role involves providing analytical and operational support to the Client Relations and Accessioning teams, focusing on improving order visibility, identifying process improvements, and enhancing client service.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze order and accession data to identify workflow inefficiencies, reduce rework, and improve turnaround timeMonitor and report client-specific trends to support proactive account management and early issue resolutionIncrease effective use of Salesforce to improve communication tracking, visibility, and follow-up consistencySupport client education and communication to improve understanding of processes and service expectationsDevelop strong working relationships with partner laboratories to improve sample transfer coordination and reduce friction in cross-site interactionsCollaborate with Client Relations, Accessioning, and other operational teams to support process standardization and service quality improvementPrepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to inform operational decision-making and leadership visibilitySupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client service, accountability, and operational disciplineSkillsBachelor's degree in biology, or related life science1 or more years of experience in operations analysis, client support, laboratory operations, healthcare services, or a related environment preferred1 or more years of experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendationsAbility to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain operational issues clearlyProficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to interpret operational and client data to support decision-makingAttention to detail and commitment to process consistency and service quality1 or more years of experience supporting continuous improvement, workflow optimization, or cross-functional process initiativesBenefitsEmployees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.Company OverviewLabcorp specializes in providing physicians with laboratory tests.
