[Remote] Client Administration Coordinator

This role is responsible for delivering administrative support to clients and worksite employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing high-quality service.ResponsibilitiesProcess LOA / FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) requests and assist clients and employees regarding leave regulations and required paperworkProcess requests for drug testing/background checksReconcile monthly invoice adjustments for billable servicesProcess yearly EEO1 Reporting for clients required to fileProcess yearly Veteran Reporting for clients with Government ContractsProcess yearly California Pay Reporting requirementsManage client requests for Compliance PostersReview and complete with accuracy, employment verificationsProvide excellent customer service to Questco clients and worksite employees including positive telephone experience and prompt follow-upFollow all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations related to the Human Resources function including, but not limited to, FLSA, ADA, HIPAA, other data privacy rules and regulations, Civil Rights Act of 1964, and FMLA regarding client issues and decisions and know when to obtain legal or other adviceProvide proactive communication and partner with Questco departments to ensure the best client experience possibleAll other duties as assignedSkills1+ years' experience in Customer service / Client facing roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust work well independently as well as a functional team memberExcellent computer skills, high proficiency in MS OfficeStrong interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive client situations gracefullyDemonstrates integrity, ethics, accountability, responsibility, initiative and teamworkExcellent presentation skills, and professional verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with the ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization and its clientsMust be able to work flexible schedules when needed to support business needsFrequent viewing of computer terminal with wrist/finger movement to operate a computer keyboardRequires sitting or standing for long periods of timeMust be able to lift and carry up to 5lbs. periodicallyBend, reach, pull, stoop, and push are all elements of physical activity for this positionFluency in English – speak, read and writeExperience in HR or similar is preferredProfessional services experience, PEO knowledge, preferredCompany OverviewOutsourcing HR through a PEO is a strong option for growing businesses.
