[Remote] Client Account Manager

The Client Account Manager will work closely with top clients to manage their portfolios, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction through strategic and tactical project management.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients – strategically and tacticallyBuild and main positive relationships with clients at various levelsManage and engage with the client in a timely well managed roadmap of workBe the first point of contact to gather accurate and complete requirements for tasksConduct ongoing meetings with clients to go over the status of all activitiesFunnel all agreed work for the StudioForty9 team via clearly articulated ticketsWork closely with internal teams on the execution of agreed workFollowing up with team members to make sure support requests and queries are being followed up/actioned/closedBe the first point of contact for an initial diagnosis or troubleshooting of a client issue to ensure enough information has been gathered for the relevant internal teams to resolve the issueBuild and document knowledge of the client’s business and maintain documented records of client discussionsActively contribute to ensuring financial targets are reachedManaging the ongoing invoicing and budgets for your clientsSkillsA minimum of 2 years working within an Ecommerce environment.
