Remote Clerk Typist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Clerk Typist to join our passionate team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence, all while working from the comfort of your home. As a Remote Clerk Typist, you will handle a variety of typing and data entry tasks, including creating reports, transcribing communications, and managing resort documentation. There is real opportunity to grow within the company and our parent company beach city life. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Typing and formatting reports, memos, and other resort documents.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, clear, and properly formatted.
- Perform general office tasks, including filing and document management.
- Assist other departments with administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (40 WPM).
- Previous administrative or typing experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- All prospective candidates must reside in and be available to work in the USA or Canada. This requirement is mandatory for all time zones.
