Responsibilities:
The Remote Claims User Acceptance Tester will be responsible for:
Ā Acting as a subject matter expert in validating that business requirements are met before project go-live
Ā Leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) events for timely project delivery
Ā Creating and managing UAT plans, test cases, and specifications
Ā Handling UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting
Ā Participating in data mining activities to understand requirements and solution design
Ā Collaborating with IT, CORE, and Claims teams to meet UAT objectives
Ā Identifying and managing risks and issues related to UAT
Qualifications:
Ā Bachelor's degree
Ā 4+ years of IT quality assurance and testing experience
Ā Knowledge of creating test plans, cases, scripts, and procedures
Ā Prior experience in user acceptance testing and various testing levels (unit, integration, system)
Ā Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in scope
Ā Strong collaboration skills with Business Analysts and technical teams
Ā Detailed, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
Ā Knowledge of medical care, government programs, and commercial lines-of-business
Ā Project management certification
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
