Remote- Claims Processor

Job Title : Data Entry Specialist (Claims Processing) Pay Rate : $17.50 per hour Work Hours : 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing claims through our data management systems. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently and possess strong typing and data entry skills. There is no phone work involved, allowing you to focus solely on data input and claim accuracy. Key Responsibilities : • Accurately enter and process claim information into our database • Verify and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy • Manage claim records, ensuring they are updated and organized • Collaborate with team members via email and internal messaging systems to resolve issues • Follow company policies and guidelines regarding data security and confidentiality • Meet daily and weekly processing goals... and deadlines Requirements : • High school diploma or equivalent • be able to type 35 WPM • Experience with data entry or administrative tasks preferred • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, data management systems) • Strong written communication skills for internal correspondence • Reliable internet connection for remote work Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
