Remote Claims Intake Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-driven Claims Intake Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, supporting healthcare payers and billing departments with new claim submissions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys documentation-heavy work and wants to support the early stages of the claims process. You’ll review incoming materials, verify completeness, and prepare claims for processing.
What You’ll Do
• Sort and review incoming claim documents
• Confirm that required fields and attachments are present
• Enter preliminary claim information into systems
• Route claims to the appropriate team
• Maintain strict confidentiality standards
