Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and process complex auto and commercial transportation claims, including bodily injury and property damage
Conduct thorough investigations, determine liability, and evaluate the scope of damages
Develop and implement action plans to ensure prompt and appropriate resolution of claims
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and brokers to provide updates on claim status and progress
Identify and pursue subrogation and risk transfer opportunities to minimize losses

Strong knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
