This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in call centers and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Job Responsibilities:Receiving and reviewing insurance claimsConducting thorough investigations and gathering necessary informationProcessing claims accurately and efficientlyCollaborating with internal teams to ensure claims are processed in a timely mannerMaintaining accurate documentation and records of claims activitiesRequirements:Previous experience in a call center environment is requiredStrong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectivelyProficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applicationsMust be a resident of Richmond, VA or the surrounding area, as local onsite meetings will be required (approximately once a month)Compensation:This position offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in a call center environment, and you reside in Richmond, VA or the surrounding area, we would love to hear from you.
