Remote Claims Agent - Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday)
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Agent to join our team at Workwarp. As a Claims Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless claims processing. Job Overview:
Work from the comfort of your own home (once initial office training is completed)

35 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday, 8pm - 4am

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
Receive and process claims via email and phone
Manage emails and incoming phone calls in line with SLAs
Ensure accurate and clear recording of all information collected
Effectively manage cases, liaising with in-hours teams and ensuring clear communication
Handle incoming post and email, escalating potential fraudulent claims and complaints as necessary
Contribute to and follow the firm's policy on Treating Customers Fairly
Requirements:
Good basic English and Maths skills (at least GCSE grade C or equivalent)
Proficient in MS Office
Reliable, with good timekeeping and organisation skills
Ability to learn and competently use different IT systems
Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
