Accountabilities Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for the enterprise security program. Build and maintain a CMMC L2 compliant enclave; lead incident readiness and response. Establish a comprehensive asset inventory and validate tool coverage. Publish clear policies and governance procedures; ensure annual reviews and trainings. Lead and grow a high-performing security organization spanning GRC, SecOps, and IAM. Requirements 10+ years of experience leading enterprise security programs and teams. Demonstrated success aligning programs to NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, NIST CSF. Proven ability to operationalize policy lifecycle management and incident response. Strong communication skills with executives, technical teams, and business leaders. Flexibility, resilience, and a curious mindset.
