[Remote] Cincom Control IT Business Analyst (US Citizens only)

AppLab Systems, Inc is seeking a Cincom Control Business Analyst to support and enhance enterprise financial and inventory applications. The role involves providing functional support, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operations across financial and inventory processes.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day functional support for Cincom Control and Control++ applicationsInvestigate and resolve user issues, system anomalies, and interface failuresSupport financial processes including GL updates, cost adjustments, and reconciliationsPerform data corrections and transaction processing as per business needsMonitor and handle daily operations (suspensions, reports, message queues, inventory checks)Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide functional guidance/trainingManage and resolve tickets from ServiceNow, email, and TeamsSupport integrated systems and ensure data consistency across applicationsParticipate in enhancements, testing, and production releasesWork with IT, database, and vendors for issue resolution, SQL-based fixes, and application maintenanceSkillsStrong experience with Cincom Control (functional support)Good understanding of financial systems (GL, costing, reconciliation)Experience supporting integrated enterprise applications and interfacesAbility to analyze and resolve data and system issuesWorking knowledge of SQL/Oracle databasesExperience in application support or AMS environmentsStrong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsFamiliarity with incident/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)Ability to work across functional and technical teamsCompany OverviewAppLab Systems has a strong reputation as a Recruitment, Staffing, Healthcare and information technology consulting company.
