[Remote] C&I Customer Service Representative

Culligan By WaterCo is seeking a C&I Customer Service Representative to manage the setup and billing process for new commercial and industrial customers. This role involves coordinating installations, handling billing processes, and ensuring smooth communication between various teams and customers.ResponsibilitiesSet up new commercial customers in the system, ensuring all required information is accurately capturedWork closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for commercial accountsSchedule and coordinate installations and Service for new commercial projects, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external vendorsCommunicate installation timelines and requirements with customers and field service teamsMonitor installation progress and address any issues or delays as they ariseRelay Job Package and equipment details to be ordered by branch for commercial projects based on project specifications and requirementsTrack equipment shipments, confirm deliveries, and coordinate with service teams to ensure availability for installationsSet up Progressive Payments individual projects. Generate and process invoices for commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreementsManage progress billing for large-scale commercial installations, tracking payment milestones and issuing invoices accordinglyCoordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely paymentsMaintain accurate records of all billing transactions and customer accountsSkillsHigh school diploma required2+ years of experience in commercial billing, customer account management, or a related roleProficiency in billing systems, ERP software (e.g., IFS, SAP, or similar), and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of progress billing and commercial project invoicing processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external customersStrong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and data managementAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferredExperience in project coordination or commercial installations is a plusFamiliarity with commercial service agreements, equipment procurement, and job costing is preferredCompany OverviewCulligan has over 80 years of experience in the design and distribution of water treatment systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
