[Remote] Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Venture Studio Role

They are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical vision and execution of a new venture, responsible for building and scaling the core technology platform. Responsibilities • Define and own the technical architecture, systems design, and engineering roadmap • Lead development of the MVP and iterate toward product-market fit • Make foundational decisions around infrastructure, tooling, and scalability • Hire, mentor, and manage early engineering talent as the company grows • Partner with the CEO on product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and execution • Support investor readiness through technical diligence and roadmap planning Skills • Deep Technical Expertise: You excel in software architecture, systems design, product development, or related fields • Entrepreneurial Drive: You see opportunity where others see risk • Collaborative Edge: You understand the value of working alongside advisors, co-founders, and peers Company Overview • Sisu is a founder-friendly incubator that partners with aspiring entrepreneurs from the earliest stages, often referred to as "day minus one."
