They are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and enhance operational performance, working closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Finance and Operations at the Executive team and Board levelServe as a strategic thought partner to the CEO in enterprise planning and value creationOversee and develop leaders across Finance and Operations functionsRepresent LTSE with current and prospective investors, regulators, and key stakeholdersAct as enterprise DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for operationalizing strategic initiativesProvide guidance and direction for other functions as defined by the CEOLead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modelingEnsure executive-level clarity around resource allocation, burn rate, revenue trajectory, and profitability pathElevate sophistication of modeling, scenario planning, and decision-support capabilitiesProvide concise financial insights to guide enterprise strategyLead preparation and execution of fundraising and capital strategy initiativesOwn investor-ready financial narrative, projections, and diligence materialsServe as primary financial interface with investors and BoardEnsure finance infrastructure meets institutional investor standardsOversee all accounting, reporting, audit, treasury, and compliance functionsEnsure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance in a highly governed environmentMaintain Board-level confidence in financial integrity and risk managementTranslate enterprise strategy into actionable operational plansEstablish and drive company-wide KPIs and accountability structuresLead annual operating planning and performance management cadenceOversee cross-functional operations to ensure alignment with enterprise goalsImprove operational efficiency, productivity, and profitabilityIdentify and remove enterprise-level roadblocks impacting executionIdentify and mitigate operational and financial risks across the enterpriseEnsure company policies and procedures are followed to minimize business riskOversee integrated Board narrative, materials, and execution supportDrive revenue growth while managing burn rate and capital efficiencySupport advancement toward profitability goalsEnsure strategic initiatives are executed effectively and on timelineFoster a performance-driven culture across all teamsSkillsDeep experience as a CFO with ownership of FP&A, fundraising, GAAP/non-GAAP reporting, and capital strategyDemonstrated experience leading operations or having Operations report into FinanceProven ability to scale organizations and operationalize enterprise strategyStrong financial and operational data fluency; ability to translate insights into executionExceptional executive communication and Board presentation skillsHigh integrity and experience operating in regulated or high-compliance environments15+ years of experience in a demonstrated, executive leadership capacityExperience serving as a CFO in a high-growth, venture-backed organizationPrior experience overseeing Operations, or serving in a combined CFO/COO or enterprise integrator roleExperience in financial services, exchanges, fintech, or regulated industries strongly preferredCPA strongly preferredBenefitsSome benefits may only be available for full-time employees.
