[Remote] Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will own the full financial function, partner with the CEO, and drive financial strategy and execution while preparing the business for future M&A and liquidity events.ResponsibilitiesServe as a thought partner to the CEO on growth strategy, capital allocation, pricing, and long-term planningTranslate business strategy into financial plans, tradeoffs, and execution prioritiesSupport board-level reporting, investor communications, and diligenceOversee a strong, established accounting team responsible for close, controls, and complianceEnsure audit readiness and progressively elevate reporting rigor toward IPO-level standardsOwn accounting policy decisions, revenue recognition, and internal controls as scale increasesMaintain financial integrity without introducing unnecessary friction or bureaucracyOwn cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital strategyActively manage financial risk across growth initiatives, marketplace dynamics, and M&AEnsure disciplined capital deployment aligned with return thresholds and growth prioritiesEstablish clear governance around spend, investment decisions, and downside scenariosBuild best-in-class FP&A, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilitiesEstablish SaaS and marketplace metrics that executives rely on to run the businessProvide decision-oriented insightsânot just reportsâacross Product, Operations, and GTMDeeply understand unit economics and continuously drive improvement in growth efficiencyPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product on: Pricing and packaging decisions, GTM investment tradeoffs, Sales efficiency and funnel economicsHelp scale revenue predictability while improving CAC, payback, and margin performanceServe as a strategic counterbalanceâaccelerating smart growth while protecting economicsLead fundraising efforts and investor relationships as the company scalesPrepare the business for PE-level diligence, including data rooms, reporting cadence, and narrativeEvaluate, structure, and execute M&A opportunitiesâfrom diligence through integrationEnsure post-acquisition integration supports both financial rigor and growth momentumDeeply understand and continuously improve unit economics across SaaS and marketplace motionsPartner with Product, Sales, and Operations to optimize margins, pricing, and growth efficiencyEstablish KPI frameworks that connect financial outcomes to execution at every levelSkillsServed as CFO or VP, Finance or Controller with a minimum of 3 years in the roleExperience with Series A â C or $30M â $100M+ ARR scaleDeep experience in B2B SaaS; marketplace experience is a strong plusLed fundraising processes and worked closely with boards and investorsHands-on experience evaluating and executing M&A transactionsStrong business acumen and the ability to influence peers with data and judgmentA builder mindset: comfortable rolling up your sleeves while setting long-term directionExperience in multi-product or multi-sided marketplace businessesPrior PE-backed or pre-IPO experienceExperience scaling finance in companies with 300+ employeesCompany OverviewRevolutionParts, based in Phoenix, Arizona, accelerates parts and accessories sales across major automotive brands in North America.
