Responsibilities
Promptly respond to customer inquiries via the online chat platform, maintaining high levels of professionalism and patience.

Collaborate closely with other team members, contributing to a positive, supportive team environment.
Continually update knowledge of the clients products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Track and report customer feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of the clients products.
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Empathy and a strong ability to understand customer needs.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
Experience in customer support roles, particularly in online chat or messaging.
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools and platforms.
Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A high-speed internet connection.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
