We provide both Post-Acute Care and Long-Term Care services for those in need including caregiver services, skilled nursing, and therapy, along with remote patient monitoring (RPM).

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Specialist to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat, ensuring that their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience with our brand.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide the best customer experience.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in live chat support.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

The pay range for this role is:
30 - 36 USD per hour(Remote (Albuquerque, New Mexico, US))
