Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment
Technical proficiency with chat support platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
