Henry Schein is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online chat support
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools
