Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. • Assist clients with inquiries regarding products, services, and order status. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and gather customer feedback. • Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations. • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes. • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction. • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while managing high volumes of calls in a call center environment. Experience • Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles is preferred. • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in English and other languages. • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. • Experience in outbound calling and call center operations is advantageous. • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
