Respond promptly to live chat inquiries
Assist users with account access payment updates and subscription management
Use companyprovided templates and SOPs for consistency
Document interactions and escalate issues as needed
Maintain courteous and professional communication

Raises to $30$35/hour after 30 QAapproved shifts
Shifts are available 24/7 through a selfservice scheduler. Minimum 15 hours per week.
Training and amp; Onboarding
2hour online training
Practice with simulated chats
First live shift monitored by QA
Paid shifts start within 35 days
Sample Shift
Assist customers resetting passwords applying discounts and updating billing infoall via chat with scripted responses.
