Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support in both Portuguese and English.

Address a wide range of customer inquiries, from product information and order issues to billing and technical concerns.

Use Amazons internal systems and tools to assist customers efficiently and effectively.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or departments when necessary.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon products, services, and policies.
• *

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• *

Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a remote setting.

Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple customer chats simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and patient when handling complex or difficult customer inquiries.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience with chat support software or customer service platforms is a plus.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in an online or remote environment.

Experience working with or for large corporations is a plus.

Previous experience in an Amazon-specific role or familiarity with Amazon products and services is advantageous.

Full-time role with flexible working hours based on business needs.

Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required.

Standard working hours will align with Amazon Brazils peak customer service times, though shifts will be variable.
