Remote Chat Support Agent (Temporary / Part Time)
We are looking for a temporary, community-oriented chat support Agent! As a Support Agent, you’ll provide product and shipping information and resolve any emerging problems that our community might face with both accuracy and efficiency. This is a temporary position to assist during the holidays.
What you will be doing:Live chat customer support representatives handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media profiles. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length:No set end date
Rate:$35 per hour
Skills/background needed:Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.
Hours per week:10 + hours a week
Location:Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
