About the position
ADF Medical is hiring friendly, fast-typing, and patient Remote Chat Support Agents to assist our patients and clients through our online chat platform. This is a phone-free position ā all communication is done through text-based chat. Responsibilities
⢠Respond to patient and client inquiries through live chat in a timely manner
⢠Provide accurate information about ADF Medical services and products
⢠Assist patients with appointment scheduling and general questions
⢠Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
⢠Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all interactions
⢠Update patient records and document chat interactions accurately
⢠Meet daily chat volume and customer satisfaction targets
