Position Overview
As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling live chat inquiries from customers. This is a non-phone support role, ideal for those who prefer written communication. You'll answer questions, offer support, and ensure a positive customer experience all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
Provide accurate, friendly, and professional support
Follow scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency
Document interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records
Work closely with the internal support team to escalate issues as needed
Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace during your shift
Requirements
Must be a U.S. resident
Must be 25 years or older
No previous experience needed full training provided
Strong written communication skills
Basic computer skills (typing, email, online chat platforms)
Reliable internet connection and home workstation
Must pass a background check (required prior to hiring)
Ability to stay focused and meet deadlines while working independently
Schedule & Pay
Full-time: 8 hours/day
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Flexible shifts available
Pay: $19.00 $25.00 per hour (based on performance and experience)
