Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat
· Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner
· Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers
· Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
· Document customer interactions using our CRM software
· Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
· 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment
· Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
· Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required)
