1+ year of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Proficiency in live chat software and technology
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $25.00 - $40.00/hour.
