The role involves managing sales and trip logistics for both on-fleet and off-fleet aircraft, requiring high motivation, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.ResponsibilitiesMust provide prompt & accurate price quoting to customers & follow up on each quote to determine final resultMust be able to handle high call volume and produce quotes in an expedited fashionConstantly update & maintain an accurate customer preference databaseFoster & develop relationships with customers & industry personnel to promote goodwill & generate new businessMust remain current on company & competitor product offerings, aircraft, regional charter pricing, & travel trendsRepresents the company in a professional manner at trade shows &industry/marketing eventsEnsure the consistent performance of sales objectives each month by meeting required sales quotasWillingness to be scheduled in rotation specifically during evening hours, overnight hours, and weekend hoursWork days to include a rotation with other personnel for all holidaysMust be willing to carry a mobile phone or other similar communications & be accessible 24/7 as neededDemonstrate customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environmentMust be able to negotiate & closeExcellent verbal & written communication skillsProfessional appearance, excellent phone demeanor, with ability to set priorities.
