They are seeking a Channel Sales Representative to support their Aquatics and Disinfection Solutions sales organization by developing and optimizing relationships with channel partners while ensuring customer satisfaction and sales objectives are met.ResponsibilitiesAnswering customer inquiries and providing product informationAssisting with product selection and recommending alternative optionsResolving customer complaints and issues in a timely mannerMaintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retentionAssisting sales team with administrative tasks and follow-upsCreating and maintaining customer accounts in the systemManaging customer orders and ensuring timely deliveryProviding support for sales promotions and special offersAccurately entering customer and order information into the systemUpdating and maintaining customer and product databasesEnsuring data integrity and consistency in all entriesGenerating reports and analyzing data for sales and inventory purposesProcessing customer orders and verifying accuracy of informationCoordinating with warehouse and shipping departments to fulfill ordersTracking and monitoring order status to ensure timely deliveryResolving any issues or delays related to order processingMaintaining accurate inventory records and tracking stock levelsMonitoring and reporting on inventory levels to sales and management teamsAssisting with inventory counts and auditsIdentifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues with inventory levelsCompiling and analyzing sales data to generate reports for managementMaintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsDocumenting any changes or updates to customer accounts or ordersProviding regular updates and communication to sales and management teamsCollaborating with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and logisticsCommunicating any issues or concerns with orders or inventory to relevant teamsCoordinating with external vendors and suppliers for product availability and deliveryResponding to and resolving any customer or internal inquiries in a timely mannerContinuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practicesCollaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration.
