They are seeking an experienced Channel Revenue Operations professional to enhance their sales execution through analytics and proactive communication, while managing the partner lifecycle and optimizing processes.ResponsibilitiesServe as the central point of contact for Americas Channel SalesSupport and manage the partner lifecycle from onboarding to full rampDrive channel-led sales processes and analyticsManage and optimize Partner Portal and Salesforce (SFDC) processesAnalyze channel KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and ease of doing businessBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for the Channel team and leadershipPrepare business reviews for partners, including pipeline, deal registration, win rates, focus areas, events, and upsell opportunitiesEnsure governance of channel rules of engagementMaintain channel database integrity within Salesforce (SFDC)Support global channel processes, projects, and system testing (UAT)SkillsBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of experience in Channel Revenue/Sales Operations within a channel-first SaaS environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindsetExperience with BI tools and SQL – an advantageHighly self-motivated, well-organized, with strong time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work under pressure with adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience with Salesforce (SFDC), including working with developers to design, test processes, and build reports and dashboardsExperience with partner portal tools – an advantageService-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude – a mustWillingness to travel (domestic: 4–6 times per year; international: ~2 times per year)BenefitsHealth/vision/dental insurance401(k)Stock optionsHealth Savings/Flexible Spending AccountsFlexible time-offPaid parental leaveDisability benefitsCompany OverviewCato Networks is a provider of a SASE platform that enables threat prevention, data protection, and incident detection and response.
