The Channel Marketing Manager for OVIK Health will activate the Healthcare business go-to-market strategy, develop marketing programs, and ensure effective communication across channels to drive demand and sales.ResponsibilitiesTranslate product marketing strategy into channel-specific marketing programs for priority markets, segments, and partnersDevelop annual channel marketing plans aligned with revenue targets and go-to-market prioritiesIdentify high-value marketing opportunities across distributor, healthcare provider, clinical partner, and strategic account channelsEnsure consistent messaging and positioning across all partner and customer touchpointsDevelop enablement programs that equip partners and sales teams with the tools to successfully market and sell Healthcare solutionsCreate partner toolkits including: sales presentations, technical content, product training module, case studies and application guidesSupport onboarding and activation of new channel partnersPartner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and enablement opportunitiesPlan and execute channel marketing campaigns including: trade shows and industry events, digital campaigns, co-marketing programs with partners, product launch supportAdapt global messaging into channel-specific content and programsCollaborate with creative and digital teams to develop campaign assetsWork with sales teams to create targeted marketing programs that support account penetration and pipeline growthDevelop programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads across key channelsCoordinate channel-specific promotional initiatives and market activation activitiesPartner closely with Product Management - to ensure offerings align with market needs and are commercially viableSales - to tailor messaging, address objections, and generate demandSales Enablement - to develop and deploy tools, playbooks, and training across the commercial teamMarketing MBE - for campaign execution, creative and content support, and digital activationSr. Manager, Marketing Strategy - to ensure alignment across SBUs and share best practicesTrack performance of channel marketing initiatives and measure impact on demand generation and revenueAnalyze channel engagement, partner feedback, and market trends to refine programsProvide regular insights and recommendations to product marketing and sales leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or health technology environmentsExperience supporting multi-channel go-to-market models (OEM, distributors, partners, or integrators)Strong project management and campaign execution capabilitiesExperience working with healthcare products, medical devices, clinical solutions, or regulated marketsFamiliarity with partner marketing, distributor marketing, or channel enablement programsExperience working closely with product marketing and sales teamsCompany OverviewMilliken & Company is a company that has been in business since 1865 It was founded in 1865, and is headquartered in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
