[Remote] Channel Account Manager - West Region

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for developing relationships with PCR Partners, educating them on solutions, and managing enablement actions to meet revenue goals.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Motorola's product, marketing, and field sales teams to ensure the smooth rollout of promotions and business initiativesWork with PCR Partners to ensure that their staff have taken the appropriate training to deploy Motorola PCR solutions successfully, initiate live product training demonstrationsSupport Motorola’s PCR sales activities in the assigned territory by helping with creating and nurturing new enablement and marketing opportunitiesFinding and developing new markets and determining the net need with end-users through channel partners and engage the Channel Sales Executives to close the opportunitiesSupport the territory leaders in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned Channel Partners in the territoryTrack sales activities using lead and project tracking software databasesCollaborate with colleagues including Channel Sales Executives, Area Sales Manager(s), Inside Sales, and Sales EngineeringUtilize Motorola's proprietary resources and tools to implement effective sales enablement initiativesSkillsBachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience2+ years of Partner/customer-interfacing experienceStrong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutionsAbility to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisProven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationshipsStrong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is requiredFunctional understanding of Microsoft and Google Apps, especially Excel/SheetsHaving an established client base in the assigned territory is a plusBenefitsIncentive Bonus PlansMedical, Dental, Vision benefits401K with Company Match10 Paid HolidaysGenerous Paid Time Off PackagesEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPaid Parental & Family LeaveCompany OverviewMotorola Solutions creates mission-critical communication solutions and services for public safety and commercial customers.
