[Remote] Channel Account Manager

They are seeking a Channel Account Manager to oversee client account channels, manage promotional activities, and support product training and launch initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert in the designated channel and serve as a client liaison with ownership of targeted prospect accounts to support field efforts and to stay relevant with client sales and training tactics within each supported channelServe as the primary contact for client sales and marketing teams by building relationships of trust, providing program coordination, and implementing action plans supporting the product training and retail sell-through on behalf of the ClientEnsure collaboration between the Client and Channel and all supported field teams to ensure that content, training, tools, promotions, and merchandising are the most effective for use by a field teamOversee client channel team relationships regarding national channel initiativesDrive all promotional and merchandising initiatives by Channel on behalf of the client with field teamsWork to ensure a high level of validation of team insight reporting including but not limited to explaining qualitative and quantifiable trendsMaintain high standards for team tools including but not limited to field directives, carrier profiles, carrier scorecards, new hire training process/course work, ongoing sales training refresh courses, and tools for product and sales proficiencyGrow strategic, analytical, and tactical development of the client in designated regional areas/territoriesAddress and resolve day-to-day requests from the clientOwn and develop the overall product strategy with the Client in retail channels; including how to position the product for maximum sell-in/through, positioning the product's features and benefits to end-use consumers, and developing customer use case scenarios of the client’s product for retail sales associates’ understandingDevelop and maintain product road maps and promotional calendars for Motorola and carriersCreate and drive project management tools for program initiatives including but not limited to client trackers and risk assessment planningDesign and implement incentive programs to drive program and field KPIsSkillsBachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business administration1+ years of previous experience working with carrier locations3+ years of training experience on selling technical devices or products3+ years of previous wireless service and device sales experienceKnowledge of wireless technologies, data devices, and data solutionsStrong presentation skillsAbility to build relationships, foster teamwork, and interface with high-level managementAbility to organize, coordinate, and direct projectsStrong facilitation and training skillsStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsProven history of sales success including methodologies and value propositionsProficient in all related applications including but not limited to MS Office and CRMsMust be able to travel up to 10%Ability to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insuranceBenefitsCompetitive pay with bonus potentialHealth and wellness benefits plansFlexible vacation and holiday policiesPaid parental leave401(k) with employer matchingTechnology and Auto allowanceReferral bonusTax savings with flexible spending accounts for parking, transit, dependents, and healthcare costsOpportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employeesCompany OverviewChannel Partners is the only 3PL that does it all.
