[Remote] Chain Account Manager

FIFCO USA is a company focused on retail initiatives, and they are seeking a Chain Account Manager to lead their efforts with assigned accounts. The role involves coordinating buyer schedules, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and tracking the execution of FIFCO programs to enhance sales and brand strategy.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain an effective call point schedule based on the assigned call book to sell the FIFCO portfolioCommunicate and track all programming with wholesalers and internal sales and marketing; including execution of ads, features, displays and INBISell in programming created with and by Marketing and Trade MarketingEstablish credibility and a working relationship with our internal field sales positions as well as FIFCO USA wholesalersEstablish and maintain an effective call point schedule based on priority accounts and key wholesalers for the regionsAttend key wholesaler business planning meetings as it pertains to chain businessInitiate relationships and schedule meetings with key decision makers for assigned accounts both in the field and at their HQCoordinate with Sales Operations and Insights Analysts in all areas of analysis (pricing, distribution, OOS, INBI, features and shelf space)Work regularly in key markets for assigned accounts to drive and track execution of regional and national retail initiativesDevelop post and pre promotional analysis, schematic distribution and shelf space opportunities, category validator account strategy, and field sales reporting/tracking toolsInfluence field marketing and brand teams to support channel strategy through effective promotions, merchandising, and specialty package developmentIdentify and drive distribution opportunitiesDevelop and manage individual retail annual business plans for each call point; including the identification of the accountâs SWOT, distribution gaps, POD level opportunities and promotional opportunitiesUtilize CRM/KARMA for surveys and as a communication tool for internal networkManage pricing along with the Market ManagersUnderstand market trends and how they affect our businessMust have a working knowledge of all available resources (iDIG, VIP SRS, Circana, BI, etc.)Budget managementUnderstand the reset process for assigned chains, including timing, new items, paperwork requirementsActively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environmentOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years' sales experienceExperience using syndicated data (i.e. Circana, Nielsen, VIP)Microsoft OfficeBenefitsGenerous Benefits with options to fit your lifeBlue4U DiscountsRetirement Options with employer contributions10 paid holidays per yearCompany VehicleGenerous paid time offTechnology reimbursement optionsCulture of pride and community involvementAnd of course, beer!Drug testing after a conditional offer of employmentHealth insuranceCompany OverviewOur Purpose and Values Our values define who we are and how we work.
