This fully remote apprenticeship program is designed for individuals eager to begin a fulfilling career in healthcare, providing essential patient care under the guidance of experienced professionals. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience through a structured curriculum, including clinical rotations, simulations, and comprehensive online training modules.
Key responsibilities will involve assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, monitoring vital signs, and accurately documenting patient information. You will learn to provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses, respond to patient needs promptly, and maintain a clean and safe patient environment. This role emphasizes compassionate care and effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team. The apprenticeship includes coursework that prepares you for the CNA certification exam.
While no prior experience is required, a strong desire to help others, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to completing the program are essential. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have reliable internet access for remote learning. You must also be able to pass a background check and health screening. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and certification, graduates will be offered full-time employment opportunities within our network.
