We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, and project management. As a Central Selling Associate - Millwork, you will work within our remote hub, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage system-based work queues to identify and prioritize activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
Utilize internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information, communicate with stakeholders, and drive project forward.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels, and escalating issues as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Service Providers, Stores, and peers, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of results.
Analyze and improve work processes, providing feedback and recommendations to leadership and peers to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of local competitive offerings, recognizing and communicating the advantages of our products and services to employees and customers.
Deliver SMART customer service, executing company policies, procedures, and programs to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements:

High School or GED required, with up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment.
Internet access with minimum 20mbps download and 5mbps upload speed, with limited usage of streaming services during work hours.
Ability to work in a distraction-free environment, with easy access to home router for equipment setup.
Availability during scheduled work hours via email, chat, and/or telephone.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in remodeling or construction industry, with knowledge of installed Millwork sales.
Lowe's store experience, with familiarity with MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
